Dr. Kristin Hewitt is a gift! She's honest and clear about explaining things so I can understand. The entire staff is so kind and you can tell they *all* genuinely care about the animals that come in. Their recent hire of Dakota was a great move (not sure if I spelled his name correctly). We just met him on our last visit and I hope to see him again! He was the first person in a vet's office to ever offer to carry my cat carrier into the room, and I really appreciate the way he spoke loud and clear. Going to the vet isn't my cat's favorite thing, but she does so well with the care at Pawsitive!
We were taken aback by the quality of care we received ❤️ This was our first visit to PWVC. Our senior chihuahua needed to be seen urgently. Andria was very helpful scheduling us quickly. Her care was evident. We didn't know what to expect.... Truly, we couldn't have had a better experience ❤️🩹🙏🫶 We were treated with respect and compassion. That means everything. Dakotah's sweetness with our senior was really special. He had such a sincere and gentle manner with our Boo, we're grateful for his presence during our visit. 🤗🙏🥹 Dr. Jenny Davies was absolutely remarkable. Her genuine nature and ability to diagnose and explain each scenario really helped us navigate a tough situation. We have deep gratitude for the experience we had. Each person we got to interact with made a big difference.❤️ Wendy and Renae you made the environment welcoming. I highly recommend PWVC!! Pawsitive is the only place I trust for my pet care. Dr. Hewitt is especially amazing, and the office staff are top-notch (thank you Wendy and Jenny!). Dr. Hewitt put both of our cats on paths toward health after some rocky diagnoses. Both are doing amazing now. Thank you for all of your help and care with Howie and Frankie! Team Pawsitive forever!
Pawsitive Wellness did a professional exam and treatment of my Chi Mix Cali, Dr. Davies and her team were very pleasant and thorough while working on Cali. The receptionist Wendy at the front counter was very knowledgeable and sweet. I recommend PAWSITIVE WELLNESS for your fur babies.

When we “rescued” our 10 year old Shih Tsu it was important for us to find a vet that totally understood that this was a new experience for both Kissy and us. I literally stumbled upon Pawsitive Wellness Veterinary Care and once I walked in the front door, warmly greeted by Wendy, I knew this is exactly right place for our pup. When we met Dr. Hewitt and realized how knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring she is, it only validated our decision. We love the staff, the care, the information we receive and it’s definitely worth the trip from Florence to receive the best care for our Kissy Bear!!!! 💜
We have had nothing but excellent experiences with the kind, compassionate team at Pawsitive Wellness for the last four years. Our senior dogs received the best care. As an owner, the staff were very sensitive and open to listening to us humans as well. When the time came to put our pets down, each experience was calm, and respectful. The team thought of everything from the dog getting to eat as many treats as they wanted and a warm chocolate chip cookie as well, all while soft and comforting music was playing in the room. Dr. Hewitt stands out as a shining star to me here, simply because she was supportive of some hard decisions we had to make at the end of each of our senior dogs life, but every team member is kind and compassionate. This office runs a tight ship. We never had issues with them being late or rescheduling. Ample parking, easy to get to. Electronic communication. Impeccably clean, and also a nice coffee machine to boot. Thank you to everyone at Pawsitive Wellness Vet for all of your care over the years. You have really made a great impression, and I think what you are doing is outstanding work for the pet community!!
We have been using Pawsitive Wellness for about two years now. I highly recommend them, they are so kind, efficient and are really good at determining the care your pet needs. Recently one of our pets passed away, and it was a really hard day. Dr. Jenny, Dara, Taylor and Wendy were there for us the second we walked in the door. They have been amazing from the start.
